We are now accepting Anthem and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans well as Molina, and we are in the process of credentialing with additional carriers. In the meantime, we can provide a detailed receipt, and you may be able to submit for insurance reimbursement (no guarantee, as all plans are different). We can take HSA/FSA cards for some of our services.

GLP injection weight loss programs start at $225 for semaglutide and $300 for tirzepatide monthly: the price will vary based on which medication is chosen and the dose (price will increase at higher doses). This program includes 4 weeks of GLP injectable medication, an InBody body composition scan and the office visit. You can come in weekly for your injection or take the medication home.
